Trilby Station | Accommodation
Trilby Station offers secluded river campsites – with names such as Coonong, Winbar, Nortons and Hora…. named after paddocks on the station.
These campsites, which are also suitable for large vans and groups travelling together, feature campfire pits (you can easily gather in wood from around your campsite) and rubbish bins, and are spread out among the red river gum and coolabah trees on the banks of the river, ensuring you feel total seclusion.
There are 4 pit toilets scattered around the campsite track, but as all campsites are flood-prone the flush toilets, hot showers and and laundry facilities are back at the Shearer’s Bunkhouse… and you are also quite welcome to take a dip in the homestead swimming pool and use the station canoes and kayaks.
